How soon do curated gift experiences ship?

Please allow 1 week for curation and processing/packaging and then transit time for delivery. To “Rush” production of your order, please choose “Rush Shipping” at checkout and the time will move up to a 3 day processing plus 2 day shipping. Cost of upgraded shipping and fees apply. 

Shipping occurs on business days Monday through Friday. Keep in mind, we prefer to ship boxes with food/chocolate/bath goods Monday-Wednesday to ensure your order isn’t sitting in a non- temperature controlled environment for too long. 

Quantities of 5 or more gifts require a bit more lead time. Please inquire via email if you have questions or need a date in a specific timeframe.


How soon do branded/custom boxes ship?

Expected lead time for a GW Branding package is 2-3 weeks to get the artwork formatted and labels/tags/wraps printed and received in-house. Once your branding package is printed and received by GW, gifts will be curated in 3-7 days (depending on volume) and shipping time will apply. Volume orders over 10 may take additional lead time to produce. Always feel free to contact our customer care team with questions or expected lead times. Hello@goodwellgifting.com


What is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost is based on weight and will differ per product. At times, we will offer flat rate shipping. If flat rate shipping is being offered, take advantage as this is a significant savings! 


Can I pick it up if I am local?

You can choose local pick up at check out and request a time to pick up your gift in house at our retail location. 

Gifts ordered by noon Monday-Thursday can be picked up between 4:30 -5pm same day if requested in notes at check out. 


Do you guarantee delivery by a certain date?

We can certainly keep a date in mind and get an estimation for shipping but once it leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of the carrier, we cannot guarantee ship times. 


Can I purchase individual items in the boxes on your website?

If you are interested in individual items from our curated boxes - you are welcome to contact our LifeStyle Brand, Winton and Waits to check availability. If we have them in stock, we are happy to send them to you! Hello@wintonandwaits.com


How do you choose the additional gifts once I choose a price level for my box?

Great question! We will select from the items listed on the product page. If you have any preferences, please list those in the questionnaire that pops up before adding that item to the cart. 


Can you include liquor or alcohol in my gifts?

While we can’t add alcohol to the gift, we can add supporting bar items, cocktail infusers and simple syrups. We can also add seltzers, mixers and cocktail garnishes. 


What types of groups can you curate gifts for?

Vendor to vendor appreciation - vendor to client appreciation - employers and employees - current clients / new clients / referrals - anniversaries / awards - thank you / appreciation - weddings / welcome / bridal / hostess - social clubs - marketing / new clients - events and conferences  


Can I get my unused branded materials that I purchased through the branding package option? 

If, at any time, you want your branded materials sent to you for personal use instead of used on future gifts, just email us and we will send them to you! We will forward an invoice for shipping only.  


Will the recipient see the price of the gift?

No, the recipient will never see the pricing of items or packaging on the gift.  

 

What is your return policy?

We don't accept returns on purchased gifts, however, if you are unsatisfied, we would like the opportunity to make it right! 

If your gift is returned undeliverable from the shipping carrier, we will notify you via email or phone as to the reason for the return. We are happy to repackage and resend your gift with an updated address and/or instructions. The charge to reprocess and package returned gifts is $20 plus the cost of shipping. You will receive an electronic invoice to pay for re-processing and shipping. Once that invoice is paid, your gift will be reshipped. If an invoice is not paid within 5 days of the date of invoice, the gift is considered unclaimed and the property of The GoodWell/Winton and Waits, LLC.

If GoodWell does not receive a response from the notification of the returned gift, your gift will be unclaimed/property of The GoodWell/Winton and Waits, LLC

No credits or refunds will be issued. PO Boxes cannot accept packages and will be canceled and refunded if a street address is not offered. Feel free to reach out to hello@goodwellgifting.com with any questions. 

 

Do you work with corporate clients?

Yes - about 80% of our business comes from Corporate Clients, Event Planners and Real Estate professionals. You can read more about our corporate gifting programs on our branded pagecustom page, and ongoing gifting page.

 

What does the gift packaging look like?

Gifts are packaged as shown in the product pages of the Curated Experience. The packaging ranges from keepsake wooden or linen wrapped boxes to woven baskets and high end gift boxes. We can also design custom packaging with our Custom Experience 

 

Do you make custom gifts?

Yes! We can design custom packaging and products for your gifting needs. We design and curate in-house and we work with many independent artists and creatives ….even a fine jewelry atelier to take your custom experience over-the-top! Fill out our Custom Experience form and we can start the conversation! 

 

How can I get one of my products into one of your boxes?

Where are you located?

Our gifting Studio is located in Fort Worth, Texas combined with our wholesale design house and our retail location (Winton and Waits). If you happen to be in town, come by and have a glass of wine (our shop opens to a winery) shop with us and hang out in the coolest, refurbished area of the city!
